    For U.S. Individuals & Businesses

Whether you are filing a personal return, running an S-Corporation or LLC, or paying contractors and employees, U.S. tax rules come with strict forms and deadlines. We prepare your Form 1040, Form 1120-S, LLC filings, Form 1099 and Form W-2 reporting, and we go through everything with you before it is submitted. This service is for U.S.-based individuals and businesses with no Canadian connection. If you live in Canada, see U.S. Tax for Canadian Residents.

    Common questions

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with U.S. clients who have no connection to Canada?

Yes. This service is built for U.S.-based individuals and businesses and works independently of any Canadian filing. If you live in Canada, see our U.S. Tax for Canadian Residents page instead.

Which types of LLCs can you file for?

All of them: single-member LLCs, multi-member LLCs, and LLCs taxed as S-Corporations. Each is filed according to its own rules, and we confirm your setup on the first call.

    When are U.S. returns due?

For calendar-year filers, personal returns (Form 1040) are generally due April 15, and S-Corporation returns (Form 1120-S) and partnership-taxed LLC returns are due March 15. Extensions are available, but they give you more time to file, not more time to pay.

I pay independent contractors. Do I need to file 1099s?

Generally yes, if you paid a contractor above the IRS reporting threshold for services in your business. 1099-NEC forms are typically due to the contractor and the IRS by January 31. We confirm what applies to you and prepare the forms.

Can you handle W-2s for my employees?

Yes. W-2s are generally due to employees and the Social Security Administration by January 31, and we prepare them from your payroll records.
